I have been seeing Dr. Valbuena many years and would not trust anyone else with my mental health. He is extremely knowledgeable and will explain your condition to you thoroughly and understandably. He also considers all your conditions/issues and all options when prescribing drugs. He provides individualized care and is without a doubt one of the kindest, most caring doctors I've ever seen. His staff is also friendly and helpful. This is a physician worthy of your trust.

Very patient doctor, always willing to go out of his way for his patients. I have never had a problem scheduling an appointment, whether it be for months in advance or on short notice. Office staff is polite and always willing to help. Can't go wrong with Dr. Valbuena or anyone at Valbuena Psychiatry.

We were in need of a new provider to manage my children's medications as our previous provider was no longer within our network. I found Dr. Valbuena on our provider list. He was so down to earth and friendly with my children. It is challenging changing providers, however, he made the transition so comfortable for them.

Dr. Valbuena is a first class psychiatrist. I have been a patient of his for over 8 years and can not thank him enough for the transformation in my mood and general demeanor that he has facilitated. Dr. Valbuena has a keen understanding of pharmaceuticals and their affect on patients; he is able to adjust dosage and treatment to maximize the outcome. I highly recommend him.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for introducing me to bioTE.  When I first came to Dr. Valbuena, I was depressed and had no energy or motivation.  I was so tired all the time and had no idea how to get better.  Dr Valbuena took the time to listen to me and really evaluate my issues.  After a blood test revealed vitamin and hormone deficiencies, he recommended bioTE.

Before being introduced to BioTe my life was very unproductive, i had trouble finding purpose in my life and staying positive was next to impossible. I was extremely depressed every morning that i woke up with having very little energy to do anything that i wanted to do. But now having been put on BioTe and trusting my doctor and the staff it has proven to be nothing short of a miracle to my life, and that is what it has given me back, my life and i feel so grateful for have taken the chance allow this to change my life for the better.
